by owning any of my desings or purchasing any of my services, you are agreeing to the following rules:

General
⋆ i am allowed to blacklist anyone i want for however long, and i can deny anyone service. i have the right to decline any request for any reason.
⋆ i do not consent to my art being traced, stolen, used to train artificial intelligence, etc. in any manner or circumstance, and i will take action if my art is stolen.
⋆ my watermark may not be removed from any of my pieces.

Commissions
⋆ you may not use my art for commerical purposes
⋆ you may not make any changes to my art beyond filters unless i give you explicit permission
⋆ i will not draw anything nsfw, fetishistic, overly gory, or hateful, as i am a minor
⋆ i do not have a guaranteed commission time, my speed for finishing commissions varies based on various factors such as my motivation, my availability, etc. if you would like me to finish a piece as soon as possible, you can pay an additional fee.

Designs
⋆ you may not use my designs for commerical purposes unless you ask and i give permission.
⋆ you may redesign my designs, but do not credit yourself for the design unless the redesign is very distinct. and do not remove my credit if you choose to credit yourself. credit both of us.
⋆ do not sell my designs for more money than you got them for, unless you have additional commissioned/personal/etc art worth money.
⋆ i never revoke designs, but if you are blacklisted, i will forbid you from getting any more of my designs.
⋆ if you obtained one of my designs from me for free, you may not trade or sell it unless it has added artwork worth money (such as commissioned and personal art)
